This place earns four stars because the mattress saleswoman was not sleazy, but direct and honest. There was no pressure, just some helpful advice on how to choose a mattress set. Plenty of selection at this small location too. The chain itself earns four stars because our mattress set was delivered by two huge, friendly, humorous, and polite guys who had been dealing with downtown Boston traffic in their mattress delivery truck and who saw they had to schlep our mattress and box spring up to the master bedroom on the third floor. No problem at all, even though the staircase had more twists and turns than a House Speaker’s bank account. They were running slightly later than the scheduled delivery time, but kept in contact via cell phone to let me know, which I appreciated.

Wowed by the fantastic customer service from Chuck Diblasi, Manager. No pressure. Knowledgable. Friendly. Courteous. Great communication. The customer service team and delivery crew were polite, competent, prompt, and truly customer-centric. Great experience from the moment we walked in the door until the mattress and box springs were installed — all went without a hitch. Solid value. Will return!
