Well I gave this place another chance since it was the closest place for warranty work. As disappointed as before. They had two things approved by Forest River. They even had directions as to what to do. After waiting four month I went to pick up my camper. They did not relocate chains as requested by Forest river. Then they had to work on door that was scrapping. It is still not fixed right and it looks like they used a rough file on the aluminum so now there is a good chance that it will tear my awning if it comes in contact with door. I will never have my camper on their premisses again. The service sticks and their store prices are high. I will tell everyone I know how bad these guys are. Reichart would be disappointed to know how camping world has destroyed that business.

I just got my RV out of the service department for the second time and I am DISGUSTED by their lack of service! My rig sat at this location for two weeks and not a thing was done because «the tech went on vacation» and no one would return my phone calls. Left a message for the service manager, no response. Left a message for the general manager, no response. Once some one did call me back, it took one day to fix. I was never given my paperwork since I picked up after hours. I’ve left messages for that, no response. Part of my order was to fill up the propane tank. I even called the day I picked it up to remind them and was assured it would be done. I came home at 1am today and my rig was 40 degrees inside. Know why? The propane tank wasn’t filled! I wont be found dead using their services again!

Always friendly and helpful. Always have what I need and if not can get it quickly. I would recommend to other campers.
