The customer service here is great. The staff was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issues the day I brought it in. The price was fair and I was able to pick my car up the same day. I will absolutely be coming back here for any future repairs or maintenance on my car!

Thank you guys so much for fixing my truck. The manager took the time to explain what was wrong with my truck. It was fixed soon than I imagined and it was so appreciated. This is after another repair shop told me it couldn’t be fixed. «Don» thank you for the outstanding customer service and your so right «she purrs like a kitten»

This is my go to place when my brat «Nissan» starts acting up on me. They put her in her place and she just goes along for the ride ;) Tony the manager is super nice and works with you for pricing. I live in the city and still (when I have a day off will drive out to this place, if my car lets me!)

The TONY guy who manages this place is so rude and and if I did not have this free Oil change card which I bought from some other company for 1st Stop Auto, I would def not go there for oil change… He does not know how to manage customers and help them out according to their needs. It doesnt seem that heis the owner.
Even if I told him list of things which I had to fix in my car and asked for the estimate, he would tell me the exact price or will not give me exact date when he would fix my car.
Will not go again to this palce and will not recommend other people as well

My wife’s car had a problem with her radiator leaking and we brought it to the guys at 1st Stop since it was close to our house. They fixed the problem in less than an hour and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Happy with this service, I brought my car in there for brakes and they did my car and my wife’s car at a very reasonable price. I will continue to bring my cars back to Tony and the guys at 1st Stop. Even after we had a problem with my wife’s brakes squeaking, we brought the car back and they fixed the problem within 30 minutes. These are really nice people here and they know their cars. I will continue to use them for all my auto needs.
