This is a very small town library in an old converted church. It has a senior community center attached. It opened at 10 a.m. and is part of the Oswego library system. I passed through on a geneology search. They did not have a lot but were very helpful and welcoming, allowing me to sit and read and offering to copy things. It was not a quiet place – many people stopped in to chitchat in regular voices across the room.
