ABS Always Better Service Tree and landscape

My neighbor hired them and while cutting down a tree on my neighbor’s property they knocked a limb down from an adjacent tree which fell on my deck causing damage. A person quickly trespassed on my property removing the limb and started disassembling my deck in an apparent attempt to try to fix it. This person rudely yelled at my mother-​in-​law «I’m fixing it!» disregarding my mother-in-law’s instruction to leave.
I have since tried to call the supposed owner «Gina Morgan» to get insurance information to get the deck repaired by a professional. The moment I asked for insurance information she became extremely agitated and are now not answering my phone calls. This makes me wonder if they are actually insured.
