Keller Williams

If I could I would give half a star. I originally called a agent at keller williams and she basically passed me to another agent with no experience or knowledge it seemed. Everytime I would find a listing I wanted to see, there were reasons why I couldnt see, supposedly in escrow, cash sale, etc. She would lead me to ones that she wanted to sell and gave no info and kept me in the dark, terrible communication skills, and was basically in it for her own pocketbook. I will never do business with keller williams. Very dissatisfied! Do not recommend at all!

Do not recommend! Their appraisal department came out and way under estimated the worth of my house! Not only that told me to my face that my property was worth what the sales price was. Long story short I’m now 14k below the what my house is worth and now have to pay someone to inspect my attic because an obstruction way in the way (not true) I was there the older man just didn’t want to do the work. Proceed with extreme caution it might cost you like it did me.

Since my writing, actually hours after my review, contact was made. My fiancé decided to give them a call to formally tell them we will no longer be needing their services. The realtor (not the female) was apologetic. Shortly thereafter, he received a call from the female realtor and she seemed questionably apologetic. She continued to blame her person issues on the lack of communication. Which may be true, but not our problem.
