Went looked for a 2015 used Impala, found it on the internet at Keller Motors on Sat. 6/11, reserved it, went down Sunday at 1:00, drove it home at 4:00! Great service by my salesman Phillip and everyone involved.

I had a very negative experience. As a woman, will never do business with them again! Sales team was very disrespectful, and no regard, does not know how to do business or return a phone call-Aaron sales staff said he would call me at 12:30 to talk to his manager on terms Waited an hour after specified time and nothing. Manager was too busy to talk to me, Aaron said! Learn business ethics 101! CUSTOMERS ARE GOLD! I had 100%pre approval to cut a check We agreed on a car price, were to the point where we were negotiating the terms. Then they called and said sorry the car was sold. Really?Now I think after reading other Keller reviews, Keller did me a favor .Here are some pointers to those of you buying a car that I have learned: Used car law Right To Cancel in CA-2 day Full Refund Including Tax, License and Fees for cars 40k or less. If it is over 40k, draw up 2 day separate contract to have car checked out by mechanic and transmission repairman. Also third party warranties are useless. Get certified GM or? make warranty to take car to any place in the country for repair. Make sure the used car has clear title no leans. Everyone was friendly until I met the finance manager tall slim guy with buzzed short hair (early 40’s) he was extremely rude and then yelled when I asked a question and told me to get out. He then apologized and said he didn’t mean to be all worked up. IVE NEVER SEEN THIS LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM. For that reason, I created my Unilocal account because this is something I couldn’t let get by. Please be aware potential buyers. No one deserves to be mistreated as a customer.

Purchased my truck from Keller a few months back and have the 2 year 25k mile device plan. Took my truck in today and asked for the oil change and tire rotation included in my plan. Before I went I marked my tires. When I picked my truck up I asked the guy if the rotated my tires, he said yes and that they did a 27 point safety inspection as well. I went out to drive away in my truck and I could tell my tires had not been rotated due to the same tires I marked were still in the same spot as before I brought it in to the dealership. Liars!

I had an average experience here nothing to brag about though. The first day we stopped by here we waited for about 20 mins before someone actually helped us, I have never waited that long to be helped at a dealership. When we were helped the salesman couldn’t answer any of our questions, my husband knew more then he did. We stopped by again a few days later hoping we could find the car we wanted. We called prior to getting there and we were told to ask for a certain person. We asked for him and literally waited for 30 mins before anyone helped us again. I didn’t like that much, especially since I was trying to keep 2 kids entertained. Well, we ended up buying a truck there just to get called back the following week. Apparently, they didn’t do their calculations right for the trade in of our car and ended up having to pay a little over $ 500 extra! That was the biggest thing that upset me! I do not take kindly to mistakes like that especially when we settle prices out there in person on what we can afford just for it to be wrong later. $ 500 mistake! Besides that the people we dealt with were nice not disrespectful they just apparently cant calculate right and like to keep people waiting. The 2 stars is definitely for their calculation mistake.

Keller Motors refused to price match Fairfield Chevrolet’s price offered to me on a 2013 Chevy Avalanche they have on their lot. The lowest they would go was more than 2000 dollars higher than Fairfield Chevrolet’s price. The Chevy dealership in Oakland was also two thousand dollars cheaper than Keller Motors price. All car dealers pay the same price for the same vehicles, so Keller motors doesn’t seem to care about earning customers. Take your business elsewhere and save a few thousand dollars!

Ok so this is about the Internet sales dept. I emailed about a silverado with a v6 based on what Chevrolet has advertised and what is advertised on Keller Chevrolet’s website. The rep said that v6 silverados don’t exist… If you’re a sales rep you should know your product right? Boo. Business migrating elsewhere.
