I had a wedding on April 16^th. I called a DJ I had worked with before to see if he could do, he was booked but said that if he was going to get married he would have Jeff Mora do it. Best choice I could have made. Jeff was very relatable and friendly on the phone and was able to take my limited knowledge of music and make great playlists that everybody enjoyed. The guests loved him and he kept a great attitude present the whole night. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff Mora threw the absolute best dance party last Saturday night! He was incredible and he played exactly what we all wanted to hear! He was so much fun and had a smile on his face all night! My 40^th birthday party was the best night ever because of him. THANK YOU Jeff! If I could give you 10 stars I would!

We hired Jeff for our wedding in San Luis Obispo on 9÷12÷15. He did a fantastic job. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to my friends. He did a great job reading the crowd, seamlessly changing songs and genres, and the dance party was great. Great attitude, really fun energy for the entire party. We used him to mic up the officiant, hand held mic for speeches, and music throughout the entire day.

Jeff was our DJ at our wedding on 05÷30÷15. We first heard about Jeff from one of my husband’s coworkers. She had been at numerous parties and weddings where Jeff had been the DJ, and she said he was the best! Knowing that he would be traveling from Hanford to the Central Coast, we were worried that a long distance correspondence would be difficult. That was definitely not the case. Jeff responded to our phone calls and e-​mails almost immediately. Whenever we spoke on the phone, he got us excited and pumped up for the wedding! We were fully confident in his abilities, he did not disappoint! Finally meeting him on the big day, we felt like he was family. His energetic personality and easygoing attitude put us at ease. We would recommend him for a presidential event, that’s how confident we are of his abilities! Our ceremony took place at a park with no outlets, but Jeff brought his own generator and sound equipment, and the quality was great. He had a wide range of music and knew exactly what vibe we were going for in each transition at the reception. He was very accommodating to spontaneous surprises, such as a my cousin who played jazz music on his trumpet during dinner and a last dance song, sung by my husband. If you’re worried that the event space may look boring or decorations just don’t seem like enough, Jeff’s up-​lighting package really made a difference. So no matter where your event takes place, know that Jeff Mora will provide amazing services to make your event memorable for years to come!

Jeff Mora was our DJ for our wedding on 1÷31÷15! From the moment we met him over the phone until the day of the wedding he was the most personable, upbeat person and we immediately knew he was going to play a huge part of our big day. Jeff did an amazing job as the DJ and Emcee at our wedding reception. His setup was clean and all his equipment worked perfectly — no hissing, popping, or other audio issues during the entire night.
As for music, he was on top of everything so there was never a dull moment the entire night. He had a list of songs we had given him and stuck to the spirit of it perfectly. So many of our guests said they had an amazing time because the right music was being played the whole time, and we have Jeff to thank for that.
Our experience with him was worry-​free and amazingly good. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with music at an event!

I totally agree with the last reviewer. You NEED to hire Jeff Mora for your event! There is no one better! Jeff was the DJ and the officiant at my wedding, and I can’t say enough about how great he was. Several people told me after the wedding that his ceremony was the best they have ever heard, and my husband and I both thought that it was absolutely perfect for us. As the MC of our reception, he was charming, funny, and professional. He made our guests laugh while keeping them informed about what was happening and where they needed to be. Finally, as a DJ, he had all the music we wanted. When I requested a special song for the bridesmaid processional he didn’t even bat an eye, and he knew how to cut our recessional song perfectly, so that it had the right effect. His dinner play list included so many great songs, and the volume was appropriate. After dinner we danced the night away and everyone had a great time! I highly recommend Mora’s Mobile Music & Sound!

DJ Mora is the guy you NEED to hire for your event. I am a Photographer and have had the honor of working with him and seeing him DJ and MC elegant weddings. I have seen many many DJ’s at wedding events and there is no other DJ that I would recommend!
