Julio was able to fix the plumbing leak and was able to assemble the 2 shelves I asked him to do. I paid for all the parts. I went with him to Lowes to buy the parts for him. Since he is a handyman and not a licensed plumber, I was thinking that he will charge me less than a bona fide plumber and I bought all the parts for him. But he charged me $ 180.00 for fixing the leak and assemble the shelves which lowes charge $ 20.00 for 2 shelves. So he charged me $ 160.00 for fixing the leak and I bought the parts.
He seems to be capable handyman but do not make the same mistake on assuming that he will charge less than a professional plumber or shelf assembler.

I found Julio and his crew from a friend of mine who had them do her house renovations. What I like about this company is how quickly they can install recessed lights in my kitchen, install ceiling fan, and five other lights inside and outside of my house. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. An extra bonus is Julio’s communication was always prompt, keeping me posted when he’s delayed in his current project, etc. Would definitely use them again for painting, plumbing, tile, electrical, etc.
