I don’t often write reviews, but wanted to pay it forward and post our very positive experience with Don Orall’s garage in Hancock, NY. After a nice visit with my daughter up in Syracuse my wife and I were driving back to NY on Rte 17S on a Sunday afternoon and hit a huge pot hole. Unfortunately I have «run-​flat» tires and blew one of them out. (don’t get me started on run-​flat tires… that’s a whole separate conversation !) Needless to say, not much was open on a Sunday in the Catskill’s, and luckily we connected with George at Don Orall’s garage who picked us up, helped us get to the Hancok House Hotel (very nice), as we had to stay over for the night, and made call’s to help us find a tire and a dealer the next morning to fix our tire and finally get back home. George was very, very nice, and extremely helpful and accommodating. So if you happen to need help while traveling thru Hancock, NY — don’t hesitate to call Don Orall’s garage.

I was coming back from Oswego with my oldest son when I had a flat tire. Due to the tire being a run flat, I was placed on a flatbed and taken to Oralls Garage. Within ½ hour I was back on the road with a new reasonably priced tire.

We were driving with our son up to Rochester in his «new» car, a 1996 Jeep, when he broke down. We called AAA and they sent Don Orall’s Garage to tow us at 9:30 at night. We could not have been happier with the treatment we received from Don Orall’s. The tow truck driver was the owner (sorry, I forgot his name). He brought us right to our hotel. I spoke to him the next morning and was informed that the car broke down due to a minor issue, was charged a very reasonable repair and treated very fairly and very nicely. These situations can be scary, but Don Orall’s was beyond reproach. If I were local I would not hesitate to use them regularly!
