We have been doing surf lessons and stand up paddle lesson for 15 years right at Hanalei Bay.

We do have 2 permits, Hanalei Beach Boys and Hanalei Beach Girls so we can accommodate up to 8 students in the water at a time with minimum or 2 instructors.

Wonderful instructors and second to none location.

After you check in we shuttle you to the beach, per the County of Kauai, most often in our 4 wheel Pinzgauer.

History

Established in 2000.

Starting with 4 surf boards we have enjoyed growing our business with the growing desire of people wanting to learn the sport of Hawaii. Surfing. Then in 2006 after Laird Hamilton reintroduced stand up paddle style of surfing we have enjoyed introducing this popular activity/​sport to many people from around the world.

Hawaiian Surfing Adventures has set the pace for the industry here on Kauai and care very much about the industry.

We believe Hanalei Bay is the best spot in the world to learn to surf and to advance in surfing each day of the year. State and County rules are designed to enable us to continue offering lesson to people so please if you book your lessons to take place in Hanalei Bay and for SUP in Hanalei River support a company holding a permit to do so as we are to shuttle students to beach and have a certain number of students at a time to keep the ocean and parking lots less congested.

There are people without permits ect. that don’t care if they ruin it for us all.
