Total mayhem in parking lot with cats almost bumping each other like an amusement park; nasty associates who are unwilling to enforce the NOLOITERING sign ASWELLAS the large amount of panhandling by derelicts; fat black woman seen smoking cigar in full view of customers out in front of store — totally UNPROFESSIONAL and UNAPPEALING!

So fucking slow here, unfriendly staff, and every black person in there stared at me like I was an alien, I will limit my visits here to very few if any at all

When you come to this Wawa, or any of the other locations, for that matter, you have to know what you want, and what you are going to do, before you step foot out of the car. This place is busy. Real busy. And if you stop to scratch your head in thought, do I want this or do I want that, chances are you are going to be swept away in the rush. Smallish(as far as Wawa’s go) storefront, with plenty of love. Driven sammich makers, who do their best to keep up with things. Every sort of convenience food imaginable, and loads of coffee choices. It is the sammich lane that has my heart and soul. While at other places(cough, Subway) you can kinda/sorta get the same thing, it is here that you get’s real. Comparing a sammich from Subway and Wawa is like comparing mud to mayonaisse. One of these days, the stars and planets will line up, and Wawa will run 7 – 11 out of town. Recommended.

This is a fairly new WaWa on the corner of Mercury and Aberdeen in Hampton. Not a huge store, but its clean and the deli folks throw together a mean sammich and/or pizza and/or breakfast egg white bowl!!! They’ve also recently replaced the standard soda fountain with the fancy touch screen coke, mix your own flavors, soda machine so that’s a selling point for WaWa along with the fee free ATMs and usually cheaper than anywhere else gas.

Disappointed with the waiting time at this location. Everything seems to take forever… food orders, check out, parking. I realize it’s a busy location, but perhaps they should be more prepared. Went in recently to take advantage of the 2 for $ 3.00 Sizzli event… they were out of everything by 9:30…bagels, English muffins and croissants… so disappointing. :( The Sizzli I did get was good, though… good breakfast for the price… and you cannot beat their apple fritters… try one!

Always super busy. I mean, like crazy busy. The food just seems to take too long. I work close-by and have walked over a few times trying to make this my lunch spot. I like the variety of options but waiting 20 minutes for a cold-cut sandwich is ridiculous. It wait eats up more of my lunch hour than I do. I believe with all the fancy computer systems available, we should be able to pay at the same PC that we place the order. I wait in line to order, then wait in another line to pay, while listening for my number in a very busy joint. Just doesn’t make sense. If all you’re purchasing is your meal, then this should be an option to do right then and there.
