The Gonstead System of Chiropractic

The Gonstead System is more than a technique, it is a complete approach to analyzing the spine. In this system, there are criteria for determining where to adjust (the five criteria), as well as, a very specific adjusting style. The Gonstead System is based in structural engineering and considers the full spine when searching for subluxations (problem areas in the spine which can only be fixed by chiropractors). The Gonstead adjustment is one of the most specific adjustments in the profession which makes it very safe as well. Due to its comprehensive attributes, the Gonstead System delivers some of the fastest results in Chiropractic.

*Dr. Tiso is a graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic.



*Dr. Tiso practices the Gonstead Method of Chiropractic. The Gonstead Method is a very specific and safe Chiropractic system.



*While at Sherman, he was the President of the Gonstead technique club.



*Dr. Tiso is board certified to practice Chiropractic, and has an active Virginia license.

*Dr. Tiso takes care of individuals of all ages including everyone from infants to seniors, and athletes to people with desk jobs and those who have reached retirement.



*The youngest patient, who received care from Dr. Tiso, was first adjusted at 3 months of age, and his oldest patient was well into their 80’s.
