Roberts Furniture & Mattress

Very happy with the furniture we purchased, but the customer service is AWFUL.
Took a month to get our mattress in, and they delivered the wrong box springs which we had to return ourselves and pick up the correct one since they wanted to charge extra for delivery (even though we had paid for our bed and couches to be delivered).
Sales people/​managers at the Hampton store are so unfriendly, and quite frankly, rude. We were the only customers in the store, on a Saturday!
We spent close to $ 4000.00 without so much as a thank you or any kind of follow-​up. Also, they don’t give you any information about the proper upkeep and maintenance for the name brand furniture we purchased– they were taken aback by my asking about this, and told me to go online to find the information. Sorry, but when I invest that kind of money, I want better service than that.
We are replacing furniture in 3 more rooms, but it won’t be from Roberts.

Horrible Customer service I wouldn’t recommend anyone to put there money into this company at all I purchased a sofa set and dinning room table from the Roberts in Hampton the sofa set was supposed to have been a bonded leather it turned out to be a fake it was just a fabric looking leather and also they sold me a poor quality dinning room table as well the owner said that he would fix my chairs for me because the bottom of the chairs started breaking off because of a poor quality of wood and he never fixed them they are still sitting at the store 6 months later their company is a big rip off they I will never purchase anything else from them and I most definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to them.

Terrible customer service. Manager at the Williamsburg store was very unprofessional and completely dishonest. Will never get my business again. Recommend taking your business elsewhere!
