This system was the biggest waste of money. Salesman was clueless and promised functions that, when it came time to use them, were suddenly extra modules that I had to pay for.
He was so completely rude when I had issues, that I responded to one of his many condescending text messages demanding he never contact me again and to find me another rep to handle my account.
I had so many problems that I asked to speak to the President of the company and was told he doesn’t like to speak to people who might yell at him. Excuse me?
I thank my lucky stars that I had already made the choice to leave them and install a Clover system, as my system died on me during the middle of a lunch rush… on a Saturday… while I was out of town. The error message says the database has exceeded it’s limit. You can’t even login to the pos or the back office in hopes of trouble shooting it yourself.
If I want to figure out how to get my data, reports or payroll off of the program, they’ll be happy to take my credit card number and charge me to explain how to unlock my system. Does anyone think this sounds like they hold their customers for ransom?
Did I mention that I’ve only had this system for a mere 18 months.
This is the life expectancy of your product? No thank you.
