Journeys By Jen is a family owned travel agency specializing in cruises. We pride ourselves in our customer service and satisfaction while helping you book your vacation.

Jennie specializes in Disney Cruise Line vacations. She helps families (and couples leaving the kids with grandma) navigate everything from selecting the right cruise to picking a fun excursion in the ports being visited. Having sailed on Disney 7 times, she feels right at home on any Disney ship.

Jennie has sailed on all four of Disney Cruise Line’s ships. Her favorite trip was seeing Alaska on the Disney Wonder with her family. This was a memorable vacation not only for the beautiful ports she visited, but for all the Disney magic on the ship. She loved the Character Breakfast where a dozen of the Disney characters stopped by her table for pictures and autographs. Her dining team even made different hats out of napkins for everyone.

In addition to Disney’s College of Disney Knowledge, Jennie has complete Royal Caribbean’s University of WOW Expert Plus level and is Norwegian Freestyle Certified. She has also sailed on Carnival and Princess Cruise Lines.

We are located in Hampton, VA, and serve the Hampton Roads area.
