Joe is proud to be the first entrepreneur to bring the outstanding customer service and reliable device repair services that the CPR national franchise system is known for to the Hamptons Road area. Joe first opened Cell Phone Repair Hampton in 2010 and has since opened three additional CPR franchises across Virginia, with locations in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Hampton. Joe’s goal is to provide each and every customer that walks through his doors with excellent customer service and outstanding mobile device repair. He and his team know that in today’s busy world, no one can afford to be without his or her device for too long, and they strive to fix every device as quickly as possible.
