Wow, what an unpleasant experience! I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day, got an email confirmation, then. nothing. No flowers delivered. Called Sunday twice to ask about my order only to get vm and no returned calls. Called again this morning, left another vm. Called again, got Paul who claimed to be the owner, and boy was he rude. He claimed he didn’t get my order and rather than apologizing for his flawed web site ordering system, he told me I was mistaken. When I asked him how I can have an email confirmation from
, he said it was my problem and hung up in me. Rude, poor service, no accountability — never again!
