Behind every name of a business is a meaning or story,

At Dreamers Travel our story is as real as it can get. Several years ago I had a dream and a goal to own my own business. I wanted to be my own boss (other than my wife and kids). One day while I was sitting on my front porch I got to thinking, what if I combined my dream of travel with my love for people to make the dreams of others come true? So there you have it, the creation of my travel agency.

Several weeks later, Me and my wife Laura were sitting on the front porch thinking, «How do we get a name for our new business?» we sat and tossed a lot of names back and forth, and then it hit us. After many years of me trying to get my wife to plan and travel. The name of our business comes from two things she didn’t do! Dream and Travel! That’s right our business is named after my wife.

I am the Co-​Owner and founder of Dreamers Travel.

I started this business because of my love for travel and helping others. I will make your Dream trip become a reality. Whether you are planning a Romantic Getaway, a Destination Wedding or an All Inclusive Family vacation, I will listen to your wants, needs and desires to make your trip a true experience to last a lifetime.

I have just earned Sandals/​Beaches Resorts highest honor in December 2011, by becoming a member of the Chairman’s Royal Club, a truly elite honor. Being ONLY 1 of 3 agents in the State of Maryland to carry this honor. I have also earned 3 awards with the Karisma Hotels for in 2011.

I used Dreamers Travel to book and plan my destination wedding to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in October, 2012. I had orignally considered using one of those larger companies that make you pay before you even start planning anything, but I’m so glad that I did not. In the initial stages of planning my wedding with Dreamers, I changed my mind about which country to travel to quite a few times. After I settled on the DR, I changed my mind about the specific resort a dozen times! Despite this, Mark was very patient with me and offered his knowledge and advice about which resorts I should consider. I ended up having over 80 guests fly down for my wedding, which is very large for a destination wedding, and I’m so glad that Dreamers handled all of the payments and itinerary for me. There were a couple times during the process when I thought the communication efforts on their end could have been better, but I was understanding since my party was so large (and some of my guests were difficult to deal with!) I have already referred my friends, who are getting married in Mexico, to Dreamers so now I get to interact with them as a guest instead of the person getting married. I’m still impressed by their friendliness and professionalism, as well as how easily accessible they are via phone or email.
