I have lived here for almost a year. The staff is very friendly and the complex feels safe. I’ve had a couple of maintenance issues, slow drain in the shower and an outlet didn’t work. When I called the office the maintenance men were knocking on the door within minutes. Price is high but average for the area. I do recommend the Tanglewood Apartments.

I wish that I could give this complex no star. They are all about just collecting money and not fixing any appliance issues or the upkeep of the complex. There are homeless people hiding out in the buildings, people hanging out in the hallways who are always loud and obnoxious, and the parking is completely unreasonable! They will tow your car and issue 2 tickets to you for parking in certain areas WHEN YOU LIVE IN THE COMPLEX. You should be allowed to park in front of your building or at least in a guest parking area if you are paying rent. This place sucks and the apartments are not worth the money.
