I love the way some stylist cut & do hi lights but it SUX when they overlap clients. more than 1 hour should be set aside per hi light. Ive been out from under the lamp for more than 40 minutes waiting on my girl to finish hi lighting another. They should give discounts when they purposely do this. Time to find another salon. Very disappointed

Received a mini mani/​pedi the other day and the actual service was AMAZING but the price is a bit high.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Waste of my money and time. Here’s why:
Girl doing my hair: started w/​an L? I asked ahead of time if my blowout would incl. a bit of straightening on my ends to make it look sleek — told me Yes. Never happened. The girl who did my hair styled my bangs in what looked like a giant cowlick. Told me this was the way to style it with my cut. Frizzed out within half an hour, people were asking me if I had even gotten anything done… ended up having to do my hair last minute. Waste of time.
Don’t remember the girl’s name who did my makeup, short blonde hair. Thought getting it done would be convenient for me, but it took her OVER AN HOUR to do it! She kept on messing up my eye makeup, and probably redid it 5x, scratching my eyelids w/​her makeup brushes when she was trying to blend everything out. She also told me that she hadn’t done false lashes in forever… there was only 1 type of lashes for me to choose from. She got lash glue on my bottom lashes, which HURT. She kept on saying «I’ll fix it» with my makeup, but it got to the point where I was LATE for my event and told her I’d do it myself. I had to really touch it up last minute. It should not be so hard to do makeup where it takes over an hour. I could have done a better job myself, and should. It showed that she didn’t know what she was doing.
All in all, very disappointed. Really did not need to even visit this place, as I ended up having to redo everything myself, and the worst part is that it made me run late for the event I wanted to look special at. A waste of my money.
