Will never go back again! Tried this location for the first time with a call in order they gave me the wrong order and when I tried to call them back that wouldn’t answer the phone. When someone finally answered they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Then they wonder our black businesses don’t last long!

It’s good to have a Harolds out this way. I’ve eaten there plenty of times. Most of the times they’re really good. Twice I’ve called in though and had to wait a longer time after the quoted time. All the workers are friendly. If you have a low tolerance for fumes, send someone else in. The place smells of gas really bad. Overall, I definitely recommend!

I was excited when I heard Hammond, IN was finally getting a Harold’s Chicken. Unfortunately, I will never go again. The place is Filthy (yes, a capital F is needed). The floors were disgusting, grime on the walls, and the kitchen looked like something out of a horror movie. I have never been in such a disgusting place of business especially a restaurant. They just opened so I’m not understanding not wanting to keep the place clean. I will never go again. I can only assume there are rodents if the place is that nasty.
