I JUST got off the phone with you guys! I had a scheduled installation today between 1 – 3 and guess what?! NO ONE SHOWED UP, NO ONE CALLED!!! I called 3 times wondering where my installation person was and I was given the run-​around every time. Finally on my last call they told me the tech put our service on hold. NO ONE INFORMED ME OF THAT. I took the whole day off of work and expected a service. I asked simply that my service fee be waived for the next installation. Jason who I spoke with told me no so I told him to cancel my service altogether. If you guys start out with your service this way I can’t imagine what the rest of our relationship would be like. I should’ve listened to others who’d told me not to use you guys. LESSON LEARNED!!!

Had our Buisness Internet set up and the guy did a good job. His supervisor even stopped by too check everything.

I may be somewhat biased of this place because I do tv shows there,
but I don’t think that’s the case. I think it’s just a really cool place. Anyone can take classes there and do their own Public Access tv shows. It’s a nice cozy environment, and a blast to perform at. Rob Schultz the main person in charge there is real friendly to everyone and goes out of his way to make people welcome there. I would definately suggest to anyone from the area that’s interested in persuing a television career to go here and give it a try.
