I have to rate this office as 1 star based upon my experience. I was late on my routine cleaning and this office is the closest option within my insurance network.
The only positive was that the woman in the front office was really nice and worked me into the schedule.
The dislikes :
1) The language barrier
2) Having to call my old dentist and request my own records
3) The waiting room is 3 ft from a very busy street. It is like sitting in a lawn chair by I80
4) They couldn’t accept a credit card payment — They asked me to go to an ATM?
5) The dental «area» is not personal. There are 5ft partitions separating you from other patients (unless it is just one big room for a patient at a time). There is a shared ceiling.
6) Having to put my finger into my own mouth to hold the Xray in place for the dentist.
7) The equipment is dated and got water all over my clothes
8) Cannot book follow up appts 6 months in advance
9) The entire place felt as if is years over due on being remodeled
From an outside view, it seems there is little reinvestment in the practice.
At least my teeth are clean.
