1 Stop Kleaning

The 1^st time I purchased a groupon 2 women came and cleaned the house very nice. The 2^nd time however, I made my reservation online and they never showed up or called. I called for weeks after that and left messages with no return call. The Company finally recently cancelled my groupon with no explanation given. This company is a scam. I wish I would’ve listened to the other reviews.

This company is a scam ad a fraud! Do NOT fall for their money-​making scams! They list on Groupon, Amazon Local, YouSwoop, etc. and don’t show up for their appointments, despite the fact that they confirmed the appointment via both phone and email.
Please contact your local authorities, Groupon, Amazon Local, etc. if you get scammed by them as well, as these criminals should be put away!
It has been 2 hours and no one has shown up, no calls, no returned emails (other than a confirmation email yesterday)…

Not much else to be said but what has already been said. They do NOT show up for scheduled appointments and then do NOT return your calls afterward. Complete scam. Luckily I was able to get my money back for the Amazon coupon that I bought.

I seem to be another victim of this scam. I purchased a cleaning appointment from this company on Amazon Local. I called and spoke to the company about which appointment to schedule with my voucher a few months ago and then scheduled the appointment.
I tried to call a week in advance and then several days in advance to confirm my appointment, but got no call. Now, the day of my appointment, I haven’t been able to reach anyone at their service and they did not show up. The company is well past late and has not tried to contact me to say that they will be late.
I contacted Amazon Local to get a refund. However, if you did purchase from Amazon Local, you don’t even have to call! Simply log into your account and view your vouchers. You should be able to request a refund with one click right there!

I have purchased an Amazon local cleaning service with 1 Stop cleaning and set up the appointment online. At the appointed hour nobody showed up. I called several times and nobody answered the cell phone, so I left he message. Today I called Amazon LOcal and got the money back. Please, stay away from the business.

I agree with the previous posters!!! I tried to call for months to redeem my groupon. After it expired I just made an appointment online and in the notes stated that I expect the groupon to be honored. I got a few confirmation emails and a call the day before confirming for 12:15. I’ve had to call twice and they are close to 3 hours late! The first call the guy said they were 15 minutes from being done at a house that’s only 10 minutes away (this is over an hour after my appt time). Another hour and a half passes and I call the number again saying they need to show up or I want my money back. The guys says he will figure it out and call back. Now some woman just called and for the first time apologizes and says let me see if I can have one girl stop her job and come over to your house since you’ve been waiting a all day. I said she needs to be here in 10 minutes or I want my money back. I’m recovering from surgery and this was supposed to be a nice treat to have my house cleaned. I will only go by referrals from now on. My parents have used cleaning services for years and haven’t had this much of a sketchy deal. Just because it’s on groupon doesn’t mean it’s a trustworthy business!
Apparently some girl is 15 minutes away. You better believe I’ll be following up with another review.

We booked an appointment for today ⁹⁄₂₃ at 10:30AM.This appointment was made a couple of months in advance. We received a confirmation email yesterday at 10:30AM reflecting the original time booked. Around 11:30Pm last night we got another email switching our time to 2Pm. This morning I received a phone call at around 11 asking if we were open to switch our appointment from 2 to 12:30 which was perfectly fine. I even called the young lady back to discuss cleaning products. It is now 4PM and no one has shown up. No emails or calls. At this point all I will be contacting groupon.
