History
Established in 2012.
Originally a small local catering company, Scratch Catering Owner Donny Strackbein Opened his first restaurant in December of 2012. A desire to Combine family based values, friendly service and an affordable menu (with a bit of a twist) to a hometown restaurant was and is the driving force behind the successful adventure that is now Snap Shots Diner. «As a Teenager I Visited this building almost daily with my dad. It was Katies then and the memories i have of a past here made it the perfect spot to build a future.» «There’s been some ups and downs.
