Unfortunately, I experienced issues similar to K S. The jobs that were to be done (outdoor steps, replacing a small wood patio/​deck and securing current stone patio), were not done as per our conversation/​contract. The work took a lot longer than planned, and is not holding up as planned (except for the small deck). We contacted Nate months ago to ask him to make corrections to the poor work that was done. He agreed that the work needed to be done, but he has had excuse after excuse about why he hasn’t shown up to do the work. At one point, he offered to give us a partial refund. Since we have not seen him for at least 6 months, we left him a message telling him we will take the partial refund (what it will cost for the job to be done right) and he has not contacted us, nor has he provided a refund. I will now do all I can to let people know they should not trust this company, or any business owned and operated by Nate Hill. It angers me to learn that he was operating on an expired license.

I do not even know where or how to start with writing this review. This company is an utter fraud. We wrote a contract with Wheatland Hills Landscape & Design in early June this year to build a patio. Nate Hill the contractor showed us a license but never gave a copy. Him and two other guys started the job, after the first week he started showing up whenever he wanted for building, no schedule was followed whatsoever. Nate made up a million stories when ever we asked him about why the job was not being completed. He took three installments from us in form of checks and cashed right away, after cashing the last check he never showed up. we have tried to call, text and email him ever since without any response. He is a thief who stole our hard earned and has not responded to us since the last 4 weeks. Please be ware of this guy he has an expired license since 2010. Unfortunately we found that out after calling the Department of Professional and occupational regulations.
