Established in 2003.
In 2003, Mary Ann Romano and Teresa V. Kelly shared a common vision and passion for starting a company to provide high quality team building events, programs and meeting facilitation services. The mix of corporate training, hands on experience and educational backgrounds make for a dynamic partnership that believes every event and program requires innovation, a fresh approach and dedicated client service. We work with small to large companies, nonprofit and government organizations with the belief that motivated, confidant, team players are the core to a company’s performance.

Mary Ann and Teresa have backgrounds in motivational speaking, business development, sales and marketing, education, food science and culinary. Their contagious enthusiasm and high energy, along with a polished presentation and communication style shine through in every event.
Simple Creations strives to create positive results for individuals and groups through team building events, programs and meeting facilitation services to produce effective leadership, build communication, enhance decision making processes, build camaraderie and encourage breakthroughs in personal and professional relationships. Our purpose is to build energy and enthusiasm that accompanies participants back to their workplace.
