Can’t say enough. My favorite place and neighborhood place to relax and eat. Love the staff and owners. Please be sure to bring back Fiesta pasta in spring and summer. Love you guys!!!
Back again. Love this place. Wings and salad.

Parents come here all the time and rave about the place, so I figured I would come and give it a try with them. Definitely came on an off day, but looking forward to trying again. It took us almost 10 minutes to get our beverage order taken, and about another 10 – 15 minutes to order our food. We ordered an appetizer which just never came. After about an hour our food arrived. My burger was so hot that I had to wait until it cooled down before eating at which point my parents had finished their meal. The burger was all right but it was so hot the cheese basically melted off of it and couldn’t really taste the cheese. Way too much mayo. I ordered fries with the burger but got chips. They fixed that quickly for me. Overall, pretty poor first experience but it does not seem this is typical of my parents’ experiences and I’d like to try again and get the wings which I’ve heard are awesome!

Had the bourbon boneless for an appetizer and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with Saratoga chips for a side and it was outstanding. Would make the trip again over just for that. A very clean place as well.

The cheeseburger is a fresh hand-​crafted ½ lb. patty. It’s so good it melts in you’re mouth. By far the best burger I’ve ever had!!!

Had the hamburger with French fries, and the burger was outstanding (#5). The burger was cooked perfectly and the bun was buttered and toasted which just added to the flavor. My Son got the Philly cheesesteak with saratoga chips and said it was great. Great food, great service! Would definitely recommend stopping by and giving it a try.

Great place for a beer with friends! Outside deck as well. Folks, if you opened a bar & grill something like Grandstand Bar and Grill wouldn’t be a bad start.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first and long overdue visit which took place on a Saturday afternoon. The place felt very comfy, and the atmosphere was definitely friendly and welcoming. Light crowd of (likely) regulars were present.
The bar is plenty big, and there are booths and hi tops too. We sat at a booth and experienced pretty attentive service from more than one staff member. And really, really good food. NOT your typical bar menu.
My husband had a cup of the soup of the day which was a thick, creamy and hearty chicken noodle. The cook (who is the owner’s mother) let us in on her secret… heavy cream and butter went in there. I got a taste too and we agreed it was delicious. If this is typical of their soups, it’s something you want to try for sure.
I went for the Classic Italian pasta salad. They say they are very proud of this dish, and well they should be. Penne pasta cooked to perfect fork tender, mixed with chopped tomato and bell pepper, and lightly bathed in olive oil with wonderful tones of basil, garlic, and Romano cheese. Did I mention this place is owned and operated by an Italian family?!
We split Angelo’s cheeseburger too. It’s on the pricier side for a burger, but, you get what you pay for. Don’t expect this to come out in five minutes because they are not slapping a frozen patty on the grill and throwing on pre-​cut condiments. It was truly freshly made all around and oh my, those homemade potato chips on the side! Perfect texture, thinness, and flavor.
Also a decent area for the weekend bands with room for dancing, and an awesome outdoor deck with plenty of seating, plenty of ashtrays, speakers, TV, and the all important overhead heater and roll down wind sheeting (although I hope it will be a LONG time till we have to worry about that again).
Will definitely return.

These people don’t seem to care about phone calls. I called them to ask about their cover charge on Friday night (because it is not on their website), but no one answered. After four attempts, I just gave up. If they would put more details on their website people wouldn’t have to call at all. I am giving them a one (1) for this review because they don’t answer their BUSINESS phone!

first visit — the steak hoagie was very good w/​both the marinara & mushroom sauces, as was the Philly steak & cheese, and onion rings & Saratoga chips; and the bartender, Jenn, rocks a dirty martini! the place is kid-​friendly until 7 p.m. and they have live bands beginning @ 9. A really nice place worth the time & effort to get to.

The service is great, the music is great, the food is blah. Great place to get a drink, eat before you go. The only tasty item on the menu is the pasta salad. Everything else is very mediocre. I suggest they spend a little more on their food — get quality burgers from a butcher/​meat store, better wings/​sauces, homemade soup/​chili and add some sandwiches that don’t have processed /​JTM –esque meat. I will definitely go there though for a drink and to hang out and listen to some good music.

Great food and always clean. Best bloody mary’s in town but also a little pricey. Love the large bar and all the TV’s. Great place to watch your favorite sports team play. The staff is always friendly. Food has always been great. Usually go about once a week and have never had bad service. Offers free valet parking when it is an expected busy night. Definitely worth checking out.

And buddy and I went up on a random Wednesday just to eat and have a beer. They chicken and steak Philly was on special. This bar is a hiden gem. The Philly was one of the best I had ever eaten. It was so good that I qas actually full but couldn’t stop eating it. The bar tender Nichole was also one of the best ever. She was super friendly and a blast to talk to. Don’t let the location keep you from trying out this bar. If I could give this bar 10 stars I would!!!

Went here for the NfL playoffs and really enjoyed myself ! Good staff and the wings where much better than most. Like to see more craft beers but overall have to say if you have a urge for good bar food place is perfect

Was Happy with the food, but when you are One of two tables there shouldn’t be a wait. Also, it is a bar and grill, but has very few beers to choose from. The pasta salad had great potential but was too oily to even eat. Not a bad place to go, but they need to either step it up a notch with the beer selection or lower prices to lure someone.anyone.

My second visit to the grandstand and it was as great as the first! Super fast service, excellent food and lots to offer for a small town bar and grill.
The menu is small but I hope it will grow as the bar gets more attention. The garlic bread is my favorite and the regular food items are a lot of food for the price. The beers are limited but the large is a good 2 – 3 beers in one glass for around $ 5.
Plenty of space in the bar and has not been crowded at the times I’ve been here. Also they have darts, pool, Keno and some kind of video game!
If you live in the liberty township/​Fairfield township/​Trenton/​Monroe area this bar is very close to home. Stop in and give it a shot and write a review! Let’s keep this place in business since its the only bar in the area!
