Columbia Lanes

This place is absolutely filthy with a capital «F». Candy wrappers and empty soda bottles on the floor. Looks like the floors, chairs and tables haven’t been cleaned in a year. Just a dump. On a positive note, the staff is friendly. Go anywhere else to bowl as you couldn’t possibly do worse!

I was very disappointed with the way my party was treated. I had called ahead and reserved 3 lanes, and we had to wait for everyone to arrive in order to start, which is understandable, not a big deal. There were 15 of us paying individually and some huge man with a black beard was taking care of all of our payments and he was so rude. We didn’t get the student discount that was advertised on the website, and he had an attitude even though he was making well over $ 150 in a matter of minutes, never mind the drinks and food we were purchasing! We enjoyed the facility because it was large and accommodated us however, I wish I had dealt with the kind woman who took my phone call, rather than the obese man who needed an attitude adjustment during our visit. Overall, just mediocre. I’m sure there’s better bowling alleys with adequate customer service nearby.
