worst, worst, worst customer service ever!!! do not use them!!!

Stay far away from this company. They will knock down walls to sign a new contract but they don’t finish. Their work isn’t horrible nor is it great. They lack professionalism, customer service skills and integrity. I’ve literally placed over 30 calls to get them to return to complete a job that was paid for. They disappeared and have refused to return any calls. I’ve never seen anything like this. I don’t know how they maintain a business presence. I should have read a few reviews prior to working with this company. They will give you a major headache. Do not use this company.

Worst customer service ever! They will not return phone calls although promises are made on a daily basis. I finally called the Corporate offices to see if they could help. Apparently, this is a company policy to ignore customers as I have heard nothing! I have to assume that repeat business and referrals are not important to their business because I will never use them again and I have already suggested to two friends who were considering them that they should save themselves the aggravation and go elsewhere. I’m sure that after they read this — if they even care what their customers think — that they will never come back to complete the job and that is fine with me! A follow up from the corporate office or even from the owner/​ceo or whatever title the person in charge has would have been nice — but not a word.

Poor customer service. They are eager to set up a design meeting and sell it. Once sold the service stops and they don’t return calls. The designer acted like she was doing me a favor to speak with me. I hope their product is much better than their service-​stilllllll waiting for it to arrive. (they were supposed to call me with time!!!)
Update:
As of today they are under new management. The new CEO came to my house to rectify the problem and promises their customer service will improve by next week. Their product is good as are their installers. He is working to improve the whole process. I probably would try them again for another project.

Great service and job done in a timely manner.
