These guys epitomize everything that you want out of a local business. I have had numerous watches resized and batteries changed; they typically don’t even charge me but I always leave $ 5 or $ 10. two stones fell out of my wedding band and I took them there to have them reset and again the price was more than fair. They even professionally cleaned my wedding band and provided a free inspection and cleaning of my engagement ring.
They are efficient and meticulous with their work and super friendly. In fact I had a problem with my engagement ring and recently had to take it back to the different jeweler from whom I purchased it. Luckily the jeweler provided a solution but I was expecting them to give me a hard time and had already decided that I would be going to Gernhardt if there were any issues with the original jeweler.
This is my go to place for any jewelry repair issues. I’m not sure if they sell jewelry or custom make pieces but if I’m ever in the market for a custom made piece I will definitely check out these guys, if not to purchase through them at least for their recommendation. They are wonderfully honest and I trust them.
