The coffee and donuts are fine, but the service is TERRIBLE! We tried to order two«combos», one with a croissant donut and one with a bagel, and also one maple donut, and two glazed munchkins. 10 minutes at the register later our order was over $ 20! I had to argue with the cashier to order the combos that were ONTHEMENUBEHINDHER to convince her to price them correctly. And because of that she forgot to charge us for the single donuts and forgot to give us the second coffee. Meanwhile the line was 8 people long and began yelling at ME for the CASHIERS inability to understand an order with 5 items! If it’s ONTHEMENU, learn how to put it in the register!

Service wasn’t bad, but the coffee is yuck! Every time I order a latte from this location I feel like they give me a regular basic cup of coffee w no flavoring and it’s never hot. Just ordered a medium swirl latte… hated it. Went to a different Dunkin donuts and ordered the same thing and wow what a difference. I’m starting to think they have pre maid drinks that they add hot water to bc they’re short of staff smh. Nothing like old stale coffee. $ 3.07 down the drain.

Things have improved a lot here lately. Everyone taking orders is very friendly, and none of my orders have been messed up! Not bad at all… A big change from before

Oh sweet baby Jesus– can someone get these people a corporate trainer for a day or two or twelve?! Every single time I convince myself I’m desperate enough for coffee to go here I instantly regret it. On several occasions, upon my(incredibly slow) arrival to the drive thru ordering area, I was met with loud and extremely unprofessional laughter and talking blaring through the speaker. On one such an occasion, after a full minute of this, I cautiously said«hello?» In my most friendly and upbeat voice to which I was met with an unapologetic and more than slightly disgruntled«yea?»(WHATTHEHECK?! I’m sorry I am forcing you to work at your job) So, I order my medium iced coffee with skim and 2 equal. When I arrived at the window, I was almost positive there was a DD party occurring inside– one that consisted of just uninterested, mismanaged employees and I was straight up cramping their style with my cumbersome coffee order. To my horror, but not surprise, I witnessed a crime against coffee unfolding before my very eyes. She whips out a large cup, adds roughly 4 ice cubes to the bottom and proceeds to pour hot coffee into the plastic cup. She clearly forgot which and how many sweeteners I ordered because she had an array of colored sugary envelopes in her hand that she tore open and dumped into my steamy iced coffee. No dairy ever met that hot caffeinated bath. When she brought it to the window I did my best not to ask to come inside and make it myself. Instead, I opted to inform her that perhaps this was not my order as I had ordered a medium iced not a large-in hopes she would do better on her second attempt. Sadly, she responded with an annoyed«you’re welcome –I didn’t charge you for a large.» Okayyyyyy, plan B. I then made the bad decision to, at the very least, ask for some milk to be added. She looked at me like I had just told her I kill puppies and rainbows for fun on Tuesdays. I watched her take the coffee back inside and add… wait for it, wait for it… a Splenda! I gave up. Drove myself down the block to the gas station and made myself a cup of coffee. Just awful in every way. Needs a complete overhaul– from management to staffing to training. Bleh.

The doughnut on the cover says it all — Meh. I’ve had better. The only pro to this place(as of late) is that they’ve gotten their drive through times in the morning down to about 5 – 6 minutes. It used to be a 20 minute wait. I would purposefully get here 25 minutes before work so I could put on my make up as I waited in line. Then I’d catch up on e-mails and read the news. By the time I got into work I was ready to go. The doughnuts here in the afternoon are always stale, so stay away. I avoid their coffee whenever possible and opt for lattes. I don’t know what it is, but I so often find that I get bottom of the pot in my glass and it drive me bonkers! If you’re just looking to grab a quick breakfast in the morning and you don’t mind gasoline in your glass, swing by. Otherwise maybe opt for the Starbucks up in the plaza or a DD closer to home.

Whoa Dunkin… what was up with the crew tonight? The young lady taking drive thru orders tonight(12÷9÷13) was did not greet or show any form or courtesy to me. When I got to the window she did not utter a word as I drove up, handed her payment — nada. I made it a point to stay silent to see if I’d at least get a smile or hello — nope! I hope this is an isolated incident because I always regarded this specific location as superior when it comes to staff friendliness. If this becomes a pattern, there are other places around here that can use my daily coffee run business. This really brought down my mood! Oh… and why does my hazelnut coffee taste like peppermint?! –___–

I frequently go to this Dunkin Donuts because I live close by but I prefer not to go here. The drive-thru is always slow and the drive-thru staff traditionally has a bad attitude. On several occasions they don’t give you back your change if it’s less than 5 cents back and one time I asked where is my change??? And the girl looked at me like I was crazy. It also amazes me how the staff stand outside and smoke cigarettes. Its seems like they have bad management here. The coffee is a hit or miss and on several occasions they don’t have the donuts that I ask for and one time they were all out of munchkins. Seems like they need new management here.

Worst service I’ve had a DD. Rude, unfriendly, and make you feel like you’re a burden just for getting a coffee. Obviously I’m coming for the coffee not the customer service, but the staff at this place really put a damper on a Monday morning.

Slow unfriendly service. As with any business the people make all the difference. The counter people do not smile or ask how your day is going and don’t say thank you for your business. This place needs a lesson in good old customer service.

its a DD. predictable mediocre coffee, average baked goods, etc. when we stopped in, there was a long line for the drive thru so we just went in to get our coffee. there were 6 people working on the one drive thru lane, and one person tending to the customers who got out of their cars. also, for some reason they ran out of fresh coffee and i had to wait for a fresh pot to be made. has this ever happened before at a DD? don’t they know people are coming in for coffee and just always have it ready? By the time they made my fresh coffee and got me the 2 donuts(gingerbread and pumpkin) the line was gone on the drive thru and i regretted making the effort and getting out of the car. maybe nobody at the drive thru ordered coffee? WEIRD. anyways, it’s a dd and thats really all you need to know. they were open when some of the other DDs and non-chain donut shops were closed(thanksgiving day) and for that i would stop here mainly because it’s the only option.
