If I were driving on I78 and some moron cut me off, proceeded to drive 5 mph below the speed limit, with a row of tractor trailers in the right hand lane prohibiting me from passing them for the next 10 miles. Even with all that anger and rage towards that individual, if I saw them get off exit 29 and pull into Pappy T’s. I would have to be a good Samaritan and let them 1st know that their driving is awful, but also ward them from the horrible mistake they’re about to make. This place is a dump. D.U.M.P. DUMP, DUMP, DUMP. There is enough dust on everything in the place to probably fill a queen size mattress. The seats all have cracked and torn vinyl. If you dare order food, it comes in either a basket or a plate that reminds you of your junior high cafeteria days. Salad dressing and condiments all come in packets. If your going to drink here, please do yourself a favor and order bottled beer. Unless your staying at the Microtel and your bed or pillow needs more stuffing, you can skip the dusty dump.

Personally, I loved this place. I may make it a normal go-to. I had the New England Clam Chowder and a dozen parm peppercorn wings. Out of this world. It’s been a while since I’ve had a bowl of clam chowder and bitten down on a large chunk of clam every bite. The wings were amazing as well. I had my food, two draft beers, and tipped a fiver and was twenty bucks. Loved it. The place was very clean, televisions everywhere with every game that’s on. I loved this place.

Food was very good, had the burger special. Very reasonable prices. Only minor complaint was the atmosphere or lack thereof. Unfortunately we had a bartender/waitress that was having a bad day & not very pleasant. May try it again.

Excellent prices, good food! Open-mic, a little harsh on the ears… but good overall.

The food here is great. New chef and really turned it around now if they could get better beer.

Stopped here after hiking at Hawk Mtn. The wings here are incredible. They are crispy and delicious and they offer many flavors from which to choose. $ 2 domestic drafts on game days!!! You can’t beat it. Will definitely return when in the area.

We were here on a Saturday night to watch a band. There was not enough help. Took forever to get a drink. We didn’t order anything to eat so I can’t comment on the food. Pappy T’s is located behind the Microtel Inn. Right across the street from Cabela’s. Drink prices are reasonable.
