I purchased a 2004 Nissan Titan from Dave Franek auto in November of 2014.
After I drove the vehicle home, it came to my attention that the shocks were blown and that the air conditioning did not function. I also found that the tires had dry-​rotted sidewalls and they rotated them so that the dry-​rot was facing inwards. The truck was also sprayed with cheap black spray paint underneath which I was told was «fresh undercoat». I immediately called them and got a huge attitude about how I needed to bring the vehicle to them for anything to get done. I then tried contacting the warranty company that they charged me extra for. The warranty company told me that because the vehicle was sold with these problems (even though the vehicle listing specifically said, «fresh tires, working A/​C.»)
It’s now been almost a year and I’ve had more and more problems with the truck.
I just went to sell the truck and was made aware that within the time period of this dealer owning the truck, the odometer had been rolled back about 10k miles. (Which is a federal offense that I am currently legally pursuing)
Buyer be ware! Even the way they greet you and talk to you screams slimy used car salesman. They will tell you 5 times about their 40+ years experience as a MASTER mechanic at xxxx dealership.
