I searched the web and found the RV I liked and then started looking for pricing. Spoke with Brittany by phone and she emailed me a price. Two days later I went to the showroom(I was very impressed with the size) to see it in person. While looking it over the sales manager(John???) came to check on me. I explained Brittany had quoted me a price earlier. She was with another customer so we started talking and shortly later had made a deal that we were both comfortable with. I gave a deposit, signed the papers, and agreed to come back two days later to pick it up. Over those days Brittany would reply quickly via text to any questions or updates. When I arrived to pick up she met me at the door, took me back to finance(Tom???), finished paying, signing, out was ready to hook-up and go. Service dept gave me a walk through,(forget his name) made sure I was good with everything, and set me on my way. I knew what I wanted, they made it simple, and overall it was a good experience. PS: The purchase was made 12−19−15, picked up 12 – 22, and I received a follow-up on 12 – 26 to make sure everything went well so far.

I would never recommend this place. When we first went to look for a camper the sells man were so eager to assist us In purchasing a camper. We even got phone calls to see if we had any questions. I can’t say that our sales man was that bad but I was not a fan of the sales manager. The sales manager was only interested in the sale. That was just the purchasing of the camper. Now when it comes to the maintenance department I would give them a zero out of five. I never received returning phone calls when I have had to call them. I honestly felt like a stalker trying to get a hold of somebody. When you are finally able to get a hold of somebody to make an appointment for your camper to get fixed, they want to argue with you telling you that I had not called them. When I was able to take my camper up there, they were horrible on time frames. They told me I would have my camper the next week. 4 weeks after that, I finally went up there and just took my camper because we needed it for camping. I then made another appointment for them to finish up what they did not do the first time and that was suppose to take a week. It has been 2 weeks and it is still not back. Perhaps they need to take a class on time management and how to honor what they say. And better yet, COMMUNICATION. They can call the customer and let them know the status of there camper.

Stopped there with my 40′ diesel pusher with a serious concern for my front tires wearing badly as I am 2500 miles from home and they said they are too busy and would NOT even come out and look to give me any advice! Typical FLUFF on the website with NO meat behind it! Went down the road to Tom Schaeffer’s RV and they were AS busy BUT the service mgr came out took a look and said I need tires and an alignment BADLY and even gave me several places to call for help! BOATANDRV: LOOSERS!!! Tom Schaeffer’s RVWINNERS!

How can you run a BOAT n rv store and have NOBODY that deals with BOATS on a sunday. It’s the first part of your business name. Also there is barely any Boat stuff there. Do NOT waste your time here!

We were circumnavigating North America in our 2011 Forest River Solera turbo diesel RV and called this dealer with only 24 hours notice to fix a busted toilette and a leaky faucet. They took us in the next morning, in spite of being booked solid, and did a fabulous job within 90 minutes, while we used their wifi and very good upstairs restaurant, overlooking a real swimming pool in their showroom holding two beautiful runabout boats! They even threw in a complimentary RV wash, and the whole thing didn’t cost us a penny! They upgraded out faucet and gave us a new toilette seal by removing and replacing the toilette, and both work fantastically now. Our hats off to Brian Strampel, the GM; John Ralston, the Service Manager; Tom Muldoon, the Service Writer; and especially Matt Kennedy, the talented Service Tech, who also notified us that we were almost empty on propane, and he filled it! Everybody we fealty with, including the receptionists and even the parts department, had great attitudes! We have had service all over North America, and this is as good as it gets! And they have a very broad range of RVs, boats and ATVs.
