AT&T Authorized Retailer

Poor service. I got a new iPhone 6 at this outlet and it was not working properly out of the box. I knew within the 1^st day and immediately took it bank looking to exchange it. They could not fix the issue. They directed me to the «main» at&t store or and Apple store to see if they can fix it. I talked to the At&t service using 611 and they said this store should have been able to swap for a new phone. Went back to Hamburg location to exchange with this new info… still no luck. They again directed me to the ATT store in Frackville or the Apple store. I was really upset and let them know this. The contract seems to read that it was within the 14 grace period you can exchange it, but it is vague. Took phone to ATT store and they said they cannot exchange it for a new one and I need to go to Apple or back to this location in Hamburg. At this point I was fuming. So they DO NOT HAVE A GOOD RETURN POLICY. I would avoid this location AT ALL COST as the ATT Store would have done the exchange if I had bought it there. THIS IS A LOUSY POLICY FOR ATT Store to have for their customers. IT IS NOT RIGHT. They just want their signups and could care less about the customer once you walk out the door.
This is not the fault of the workers in the store and they were nice even though I was getting angry. The workers deserve a raise. They tried calling all the right people including the store manager and district manager for their company. This is a store policy issue that fails the customer. DO NOT BUY FROM A NON-​ATT «COMPANY» store for your new lines!!! Just a fair warning. RUN RUN RUN.
