We are a new company, but not new to the carpet cleaning industry. We have a combined 21+ years of experience right here in Tarrant and Dallas Counties. I had a great experience. Only had one room cleaned. I did the pet enzyme treatment also bc my dog is getting old and starting marking the room. It looks wonderful and smells great. No more pee smell– I asked for before 10 am. They arrived on time and we’re done in a timely manner– very professional. I will use them again!

SAVED THE DAY!!! Our very well-​trained dog had some eggs that didn’t sit well with him. I came home to a huge accident — on both our stairs and our rug. Luckily, my 11 month daughter was at daycare, but I had a huge problem — time, odor, stain settling in, having to go pick her up from daycare and where could I let her play until I get this resolved?
I called roughly 8 – 10 places frantically off Unilocal.About 5 of them answered — but NONE could make it the same day (I called at 2pm). Until Mars!
The lady promptly answered, took my information and said somebody would be calling me when they are on the way. I was skeptical, but willing to take whatever I could given nobody else was going to come the same day.
Well, to my surprise, the technician, David, called me on hour later, at 3pm and said he’d be there in 15 – 20 minutes, which he was right on time! David was very friendly, came in to do a quick assessment of the situation, wasn’t fazed at all, and he wrote me up a quote before he started services. A mere $ 85 to clean all the stains — which were about 4 or 5 SF of area and he cleaned our whole 8’x10’ rug, which needed a deep clean for some time. It ONLY took 15 – 20 minutes!
I was so happy — what was starting to seem like a terrible day got flipped to a great day, because of Mars! I’m going to have David come back and do our sofa — because I haven’t felt the pressure to get it down and just to give them more business because I was so thankful they saved my day!

I am extremely happy with this company, especially since the prices are unbeatable! We had Sal, he called us to let us know he was on his way and came within the time he said he would. We had some pretty nasty pet stains and they are gone, even the smell is gone. It was a $ 65 upgrade, but it is well worth it. We even had some discoloration from products before and that too was gone! He was in and out within 35 mins in which he did the hall way, bedroom, dining and living rooms. He was very knowledgable and very professional. He gave us tips on how to maintain and explained what he was doing. At one point one of my cats got scared and ran trying to hide and he came up to me to make sure my cat was okay and didn’t try to escape through the front door.
Yes, I will definitely recommend this place. You don’t need to look anywhere, I can promise you that you will pay less and get excellent service.

I used Mars for carpet cleaning and general home cleaning. I was very pleased with their work. I can’t remember the young lady that came out to clean the house (I think it was Jessica), but she showed up exactly at the scheduled time and got to work right away. She gave me an estimated time of completion and finished right when she said she would. I also liked how they came out the day before just to look around and get an idea of what type of cleaning I needed done. TJ came out to do my carpets and he was on time and super-​efficient. He finished in 30 minutes just like he said he would and the carpets looked fantastic. I mentioned that I might be interested in having my counter-​tops refinished and the countertop guy came out in no time with some samples. He answered all my questions, and while I chose not to have the countertops done, I was really impressed with the way they do business. I love how their services are compartmentalized. They have different people for each job and I think that works better than one person trying to do everything. Their prices were very reasonable. I came up with a price in my head that I’d be willing to pay for each job and their quotes were right on the money. I will DEFINITELY use them again in the future.

Michael Shannon, Mars Carpet Cleaning, was professional, on time, and very honest about the condition of my very old carpet. After attempting to restore a small area of the carpet, he gave me the option of continuing or quitting at no charge to me. I will definitely call them for future needs. It’s refreshing that this company wants to do excellent work and make long term customers.

Excellent service from Mars!!! Satisfaction GUARANTEE! Talked with their leadership and a retouch on prior carpet work will be done. IMO, it doesn’t matter now if my carpet still comes back with a little spot blemishes… this shows us that Customer Service is 100%.
I will surely be calling these guys a AGAIN.

I called Friday (Oct. 2nd) based on Unilocal reviews. I was setup an appointment for Tuesday the 6th AM by a friendly rep. They called me at 730 AM the day of to let me know they were on their way. They came in and did an amazing job fast.
Again, be mindful that they do not move furniture. I was aware of this. I had moved what I wanted. They were quick and efficient. But most of all, courteous and very friendly while preforming a great job. I would recommend them to anyone needing carpets cleaned.

This place was great! They always answer the phone and they got me booked the day I wanted and were even able to accommodate me when I needed to change me appointment to the following Monday last minute. The tech Dylan who came out was great, he was So nice and helpful. The equipment had some issues when he came out and he even went back to the shop to fix it and came back out late that afternoon to finish because I had to have it done that day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone even my friends and family!

First off– the appointment was set for 5:30 pm and my door bell rang exactly at this time. Chris was friendly, polite and immediately told me how he would service my dark spots and high traffic areas, which he did. Chris was done by 6:05 pm and the carpet looked great! Really happy with my services!
Easy to make an appointment, and they weren’t booked out for 3 weeks. I made an appointment and had them at my home 2 days later.
They were on time, the tech they sent was SO friendly, clean cut, and professional.
The house had a ton of dust all over the carpet due to construction and the smell of the whole place was just damp, dusty and dirty.
After Mars left, the carpets were soft and fresh feeling as well as the entire house smelled not of fragrance or odor covering heavy perfume but it was clean, fresh and inviting. It still has that same smell and it’s been a few days.
I could not be happier with the price we paid either! The entire upstairs portion of my house, 6 rooms and all the hallways, plus stairs for 170 bucks (after tax)!!! WHAT A DEAL!
REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE AND WILL BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE!!!

After reading the superb Unilocal reviews for this business it was a no-​brainer to hire them to clean our 2 floors of carpet. The tech arrived on time and gave a quick call 15 minutes prior to arrival so we were ready. For the standard $ 149 price both floors of my home were pre-​treated and cleaned. It was a great price for an excellent service. The carpets look as good as new and odor free!
Our tech was super friendly and provided tips to keep the carpet looking good. He was professional, efficient and a hard worker. He broke quite a sweat putting extra «elbow grease» into our floors and that was appreciated. He mentioned how much he liked working for Mars– that the owners really care about their customers and how good that felt. Happy employees mean top notch service!
Do yourself a favor and hire Mars to clean your carpets, you will not be disappointed. I know they provide other services. As a happy customer, we will be back again when the next cleaning is due!
Advisory: The techs will not move any large pieces of furniture for you, that’s really up to you if want that (do it prior to their arrival). Also, because of the «no move» rule they do not provide cards or protective pieces to go under your furniture legs. Your best bet is to let the carpet air dry over 6 – 8 hours (or overnight as they tech advised) and then move everything back to normal. Hey, it’s worth these small things to save money and get a quality service in my opinion.

I’ve used this company multiple times and I will never change. Called around and they have the best prices in town! Specifically, Joe is an awesome tech! He’s professional, quick, and neat. Additionally, he cleaned my bathroom matts, last minute, when he didn’t have to. Mars Carpet Cleaning goes out of their way to ensure a satisfied, clean experience. If you don’t use them, you’re making a mistake.
