Business Owner

I currently own this store with my partner Cesar E. We both came together to create Pronto Fix because we both share a entrepreneurial background. We both have learned from our fathers what it takes to start a successful business from scratch. The great thing about this type of business is that we love what we do! We enjoy working on electronics.

What made us start this type of business?

Myself and Cesar had broken our fair share of personal phones and we would always buy new ones. So then one time I was real frustrated so I began to search for a repair facility and I noticed there were not too many at the time. When I finally found one, I went in and they said they could repair my phone but it would take several days. So after repairing my phone we thought it would be great to open up a shop where we can have a substantial amount of inventory where we could repair customers phones on the same day. So we flew out to Vegas to get professional training on cellphone repair.
