This is my 2^nd review they did come back and fix the bed and exchange my mattress. This one is way better and I love my bed! I would give my delivery guy 5 stars he was so awesome!!! The show room sales representative seems to be a bit overwhelmed that’s why they never answer the call or return calls they might need to just hire a receptionist for that. If you call the 1800# it will automatically disconnected you lol overall experience was ok. I wish I didn’t have to make multiple calls and waited a lil longer than when I was told my furniture would be in. But I do love my bed, mattress and nightstand. Just be open mind with time frame when you buy from here. They do offers competitive prices and if u can wait a few days for call back or any type of answer they it shouldn’t be a problem! :)

HEY VADIM, THIS IS THE REVIEW I SUBMITTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR YOUR JOKE OF A COMPANY. IT SHOULD CLEAR THINGS UP FOR ANY READERS AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. BY THE WAY, YOU HAVE AN «F» SCORE ON BBB​.COM. NO SURPRISE! This was by far the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. As a paying customer, I was yelled at, lectured, and insulted by the pathetic excuse of a sales manager Vadim. Their main problem is their sales staff, Zeldy, Francy, and especially Vadim. I placed an order in store through Zeldy in August of 2015 and gave her a $ 300 deposit. I was told my TV stand would be delivered to my door in mid November 2015. I never received my item and was not contacted at all through the end of November. At that point, I called the Miami showroom where I placed my order and spoke to Simon. After expressing my disappointment in not receiving my item and not being contacted all this time, I asked for a 20% on the sales price and Simon easily agreed. I was told that delivery would occur in mid December. Mid December came and went, I never received my item and again was not contacted by Modern Miami to update the status of my order. In early January, I decided to go to the Modern Miami showroom where I made my purchase. I walked in and located Zeldy. I explained to her that I was here to ask about the status of my order and why I was not contacted when the item could not be delivered on the day promised to me. Zeldy told me verbatim «Its not my job to call you and inform you of these things.» Her demeanor was immediately hostile and I responded that yes, it was her job since she took my order and deposit for an item I had never received after waiting 2 months. This was my first contact with Vadim. He interjected himself in our conversation as I was protesting Zeldy’s excuse. He was immediately rude and dismissive of my complaints. I went to sit at his desk instead of Zeldy’s still keeping my cool and politeness at this point. I again laid out the whole story for him hoping he would try to resolve the problem. He looked up my order, printed out my invoice and presented me with a copy of my invoice that reflected a different stated price than when I purchased the item. Apparently, when I had called to complain and ask for a discount, Simon and Vadim thought they could scam me by literally crossing out the price STATED ON THE INVOICE AND WRITING A HIGHER PRICE ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE TO CANCEL OUT ANY DISCOUNT THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME EARLIER. In essence, the total was the same exact amount that would have been due without the discount. I noticed this and was outraged. I told Vadim that this was not the price I was quoted by Simon. Vadim literally told me «Sorry, thats the price. There is nothing I can do.» After 15 minutes of protesting, and me demanding that the price be adjusted to honor my quote, Francy said, «why don’t you go upstairs and speak to Andrew. Apparently, Andrew was their Customer Service rep. I explained the situation to Andrew, showed him the invoice and stated my discontent. He immediately got on the phone with the corporate office in California and was able to confirm that my quoted price would be in fact honored, despite Vadim’s statements. Andrew confirmed my delivery date for the following week, I proceeded downstairs and told Vadim, Francy, and Zelda how disappointed I was that they would not try to make things right BUT a simple 5 minute call by Andrew solved everything right away! As i was trying to leave, Vadim angrily got up from his desk to lecture me about «the way things are done around here.» I left in complete disbelief at how this «sales staff» had just handled the situation. I handled myself very professionally up until the point where the scam revised invoice was shown to me. I waited for my delivery the following week. It never came. I was never contacted. This was now the third time in 5 months that I was given a delivery date and my item never came and no one contacted me to tell me or make alternate arrangements. This is a 300 pound TV stand I am talking about. I called the Modern Miami showroom the next day to ask where my item was and when it would be delivered. The person who answered was Vadim. I told him who I was and told him that I preferred to speak with Andrew. He said «Ohhh its the bigmouth! Hey bigmouth, there is no one here but me, bye!» and hung up on me. I called back, Vadim answered, I again demanded to speak with anyone else but him. He again hung up on me. I called the store an additional 20 times in a row to finally get Francy to answer the phone. She told me that Andrew no longer worked there and hung up on me. I called back and again spoke with Francy. I told Francy that I would be bringing the police to her business to file a report of theft of my money or conversion of my TV stand. She told me would call the corporate office and get back to me. Never heard from her but finally got the corporate office to confirm and deliver.

Long story short. I ordered 4 dark brown bar stools on September 5, 2015. They were in back order so I was told to wait 2 months. On November 5 I called to know the status of my order, and Vadim (the sales person who placed my order) told me that «my order was not in stock and he did not know when it would be». I requested a refund and he refused offering me only a store credit. After two weeks, I decided to change the bar stool model to another similar, which supposedly was in stock at LA. The new bar stools would arrive two weeks later. I called to confirm the date I would to the warehouse to pick up my bar stools. When arrived, Vadim told me that I would have to come another day cause the warehouse was closed and nobody there had the keys. I completed rejected to travel again from Miami to Hallandale so I decided to wait about an hour for somebody to bring the key. When I finally got the barstools, only one of then was dark brown, the other three had a different color (cappuccino). Vadim told he would open a claim and I would have the other three dark brown barstools in the next shipment from LA. Well, after two weeks I received an email telling me that my barstools were not in stock anymore so I would have to pick another product. I ended up with the one dark brown and other three cappuccino barstools. This experience was a nightmare, add rudeness and disrespect to every interaction I had with Vadim. Deplorable customer service. I really do not understand how this company is still in the market.

Went into Modern Miami And was pleasantly surprised by the selection and incredible customer service. Our design specialist was Simon Pinsky which I highly recommend because he helped us every step of the way right through delivery. We purchased items which came on time and In perfect condition. Will be returning and will definitely shop there again.

I am only giving four stars because my order is still incomplete but I would give five for the customer service I received from
I was so fortunate to be passed to him after calling many times and only receiving voice mails with no call backs. Nathaniel who waited on and took our order was not to be found and I later found out that he no longer worked there and that was the reason he was not answering my emails or calls. As for the other messages I left I am not sure what happened there. When I finally spoke with Josh he did not find me scheduled for the day I had been told my order would be delivered but he worked quickly and successfully at getting my order delivered in a matter of days after my call. One of the items was not delivered and my furniture was not assembled when it was left as it should have been. I called him and he has gone out of his way to assist me with my missing item and organizing to send the men back out to assembly my furniture. I cannot say enough about his customer service ethics. Modern Miami is very lucky to have such a courteous and helpful employee. After reading all of their bad reviews I was worried I might not get my order at all. They need more Josh’s working in this company.

If you are looking for furniture or home items not from your typical big box store this is the place. Beautiful furniture with great prices and very helpful staff. If you go speak with Nathaniel very helpful! Also a greatnplace to shop no pressure like the other places. Definite recommend!

My partner and I drove from Naples to Modern Miami Furniture today expecting to make a significant purchase. We entered the store and was noticed but never acknowledged. Not one of the several employees ever offered to assist and we were the only shoppers at that time. We did not ask for help, because we figured if they were interested in making a sale, someone would acknowledge us. We walked around the entire store, both floors, for about 20 minutes, couldn’t find anything of interest, so we left. BTW, we went to two other furniture stores and made significant purchases at both, with the assistance of helpful salespersons. So, I guess getting ignored happened for the best because we found exactly what we had driven to Miami for at the other stores. No, we will not return to Modern Miami Furniture.

Very poor customer service! Furniture is of poor quality, breaking apart after only one year. After this point, they are doing you a favor to try to help you.

Worst experience you would ever have, stay away
Never deliver your furniture, instead, they would make up stories why it’s been delayed

My sales person Francy was great! Not pushy. Looking forward to getting my new outdoor furniture! Great prices and unique pieces!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I Bought a sectional, was delivered a futon that was completely different was promised compensation for the mistake and the time but have received none. I bought a sectional on February 1^st and was promised that it would be delivered in 2 – 3 weeks. Nearly 3 weeks later, the delivery men showed up and they brought a futon into my apartment. I told them that this is not what I ordered and they checked with their office. I ordered product 3308 and was delivered 3038. They agreed to let me hold the futon until the couch was delivered. It is now 6 weeks later, I do not have the couch i purchased, I was promised 15% off and free delivery but they are going back on that and saying that I can receive no compensation because they let me borrow the futon. I am now attempting to cancel my order but they will not let me. I have spent countless hours on this, taken time off work, and dealt with the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

Terrible sales service. We tried to get assistance on buying several prices and «Vadim» took a phone call while at the desk with us to discuss how he could get his phone bill lowered. We just got up and left and will take our business elsewhere. Will not be recommending this furniture store.

Poor customer service. Never followed up on ordered item. When called they hung up 4 times. Had to go onto the store and said the item was still on order, may take another 4 weeks. This has been on order since November and no follow up calls on it. Very poor customer service.
