McDonald’s

This location is never fully stocked with anything! No bbq sauces. Or no strawberry shake. Im so sick of going to McDonald’s and not getting what i actually left the house for. The manager there clearly is not on top of anything. For all the money McDonald’s makes, it is inexcusable that we can not be fully satisfied and provided with the items on the MENU! Dislike!!!

For fast food this is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. There are many other fast food places around. Choose someplace else. Not worth the wait!

By far, the worst McDonalds service in South Florida. Visited this location around midnight Tuesday for a quick bite after a long work event in Orlando. We placed a simple order of 3 fries, 2 shakes, coke, and a chicken sandwich. We received the order from the drive thru window and noticed we were missing a small order of fries. We went back to ask for the fries and were denied to get our purchased item from a gentleman. He kept mentioning «we put the fries in the bag» or «my manager put the fries in the bag». After several minutes of arguing, he slams the sliding window, starts to complain and yell to his manager. The manager appears at the window and says «what do you want? I put the fries in there.» We mentioned to her again that the fries were not in the bag and we would like to receive our purchased item. She then looks at me with this smirk, then says I’ll bring the fries, closes the window, and finally brings the fries after quite some time. Overall, I’ve never received such bad service from ANY restaurant for that matter. If it were possible, I would rate this place lower than a 1 star. On top of that, I was reading some of the reviews listed, it appears that this location has had fraudulent activity in the past with prior customers. I too experienced fraudulent activity the same day and had to close my card immediately. And after finding this out, I had to report my service directly to McDonalds customer line. Definitely avoid going here, period.

This location has employees that take credit card numbers and use for fraudulent charges.

I just want to alert you that after using my Debit card at this McDonald’s location a series of fraudulent transactions started appearing on my account. I don’t use my debit for any purchases where I physically do not control the card but this instance I handed my card to the young lady in the drive through window. My mistake. It might be a coincidence or it might not. Head’s up learn from my mistake.

They completely messed up my order and thehg8 Manager did not apologize. then they didn’t want to give me the right burger because it had c discontinued, but still on their menu. The giMNrl at the window was nice but the managers are b and unprofessional. Suck it MCF Face.

My son and I stopped in here for a bite to eat after doing loads of laundry at the Laundromat. Located on North Federal Highway, this McDonald’s was a bit busy both inside and at the drive-​thru. Though there was only one person taking the orders at the counter, she was nice and moved through the line of customers in a timely fashion. I received my order in less than ten minutes. A small, yet clean restaurant, I enjoyed dining here with my son in that short amount of time out of sheer convenience. Maybe another time if I’m in the area and I have a taste for Mickey D’s, I’ll stop in here again.

If you don’t mind getting your order wrong or have stuff missing from your order 80% of the time? This is the place for you. And they don’t know the difference between boys and girls toys.

Q: What smells more like a homeless person than a public library?
A: This McDonald’s.
You know how many locations have had an upgrade? Well, this isn’t one of them, and the clientele (consisting mostly of sad souls looking to refill beverage cups than paying customers) reflect the general ambiance. Add to this painfully slow customer service (stick to the drive-​thru!!) and you have a real winner.
If you really need a McD fix, keep driving to the location on Miami Gardens drive. But if body odor and toothlessness are what you are looking for in a dining companion, this is your place.

Forget the night clubs! If youre looking for a place to REALLY get down n boogie to the oldies, come to the McDonalds on Hallandale & U.S. 1, which plays the best hits of the 60s & 70s.
