Terrible service. Had a metal bench that needed a pillow. Called and left two message — no return call. 3^rd call, got through and explained what I needed. He asked for pics and dimensions which I emailed. Didn’t hear back for a week. So I called again. Was told I had to pick out fabric so I drove over and did same.
Three weeks later, nothing.
So I called and was told that the pics and dimensions wouldn’t cut it, he would have to come measure it himself. A week later, he still hadn’t come by so I pitched a fit and he came over the same day — February 8, 2014.
Today is April 12, 2014 and not only have I not gotten my pillows I have not heard one word from Mr. Joaquin Reginfro.
I think that unless you’re spending thousands of dollars he’s not interested in you or your business. Don’t bother with this company.
