Chef of Distinction is a premier off-​premise caterer that has been happily servicing Broward, Miami-​Dade, and Palm Beach counties since 2007. We are known for our unique ability to create a menu, acquire product, and present a culinary experience within a 72-​hour time frame. Some of our services include catering for weddings, corporate events, social events (public or private), and banquets, as well as personal chef services, cooking classes, wine/​beer/​spirit pairing, event planning, and any other event or catering request a client needs filled. History

Established in 2007.

Chef of Distinction started out as a personal chef service for many high profile clients in the Tri-​County area. As our reputation grew, we were contracted by two of Miami’s premier entertainment establishments (The Fifth and Karu & Y) where we handled both fine dining and high volume banquets servicing in excess of 1100 guests.

At Chef of distinction we believe in quality without compromise. We use the highest quality ingredients in all our creations and we employ the most professional staff.

In addition to our catering service, we also provide culinary classes, event planning, location services and a host of other event services.

Judith A.

Business Owner

Chef Judith Able was born in Kingston Jamaica and spent her early childhood in a coastal parish enjoying a vast variety of seafood and an array of agricultural delights all lovingly prepared by her mother. The exposure to foods born of multiple cultural influences was driver in Judith’s culinary vision.

At an early age Judith had an entrepreneur spirit and along with her older brother opened a restaurant and night club in downtown Kingston Jamaica. With the success of the restaurant, Judith now turned her talents to a larger market, America.

Realizing that to be recognized and given opportunity in a premier market like New York your skills and talent had to be validated so Judith began her education and continues to learn more about her craft everyday
