Aaaa Action Towing of Hallandale

Oh, here we go…
Let me tell you about these f**kers. Before you even continue, I will admit that I am a disgruntled «customer» but not by choice… read on.
I understand that towing companies have it hard — what with people yelling at you all the time, making threats and all around being nasty. But if this is your job, then you knew what you were in for when you signed up.
Besides, I’ve had my car towed a couple times before — and yes it does suck. But I will be the first to admit that when I’m in the wrong, I deserve it.
However, when I’m in the right and my car gets towed. You’d better believe all hell is going to break lose.
Strike 1: Verify that car actually got towed and not stolen.
I called and managed to confirm that they did in fact have my car but refused to tell me WHY they have it. FAIL.
Strike 2: Question who reported it and why they have it.
At first I thought that someone called it in because otherwise, why would my car, any car get towed. To my surprise, nobody called anything in. The tow truck driver was wandering around, saw that I didn’t have a decal and boombang. Car is now gone. When questioned further, they claimed the car got towed for not having my decal. After even more interrogating, someone else slipped and said it was there, just hidden. Coincidentally this happened after the holidays. Sounds like an easy way to get money. FAIL.
Stike 3: Give up — retrieve car.
I found myself at the place with just a little bit more fight in me and a pocketful of Christmas money. I was not ready to give up the fight yet. It’s not right! I had the decal. Anyway, when I tried picking up the car, they wouldn’t release it to me because the damn thing was not registered under my name. Cue father and fast forward three hours until I get my car back. FAIL.
Strike 4:
The employees at this shady-​ass place are rude, disrespectful and tactless. FAIL.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
PROTIP: They close at 5pm so get yo’ shit before then or else they’ll charge you holding fees or something.
