We are a commercial Aquaponics Farm. We sell freshly harvested produce, channel catfish and koi. We also have a wide range of kits and Aquaponic parts to get you started on your own Aquaponic system, where you can enjoy the benefits of the most water savvy methodology of growing plants known to mankind.

We also offer tours of our facility as well as monthly workshops on Aquaponics, and guest topics which include: permaculture, tomato breeding, mushroom growing, compost tea brewing, and home brewing,

History

Established in 2012.

Ouroboros Farms was founded in Pescadero in June of 2012. We have been at our current location since June of 2014 where we were able to build a 2.0 version of our system, as well as incorporate a large friendly retail space to offer the public tours, information, and everything you’d need to get your own home Aquaponics system up and running.

Business Owner

Ken began his journey in aquaponics in late 2011, being inspired by Wil Allen of Growing Power. He became conscious of the essential nature of food in health and well being, and wanted a source of pure, environmentally responsible food. In addition, the opportunity to jump into a business venture at the beginning of the transition from backyard/​hobbyist type of venture enticed him to be on the ground floor of an industry that will be the future of farming.
