Kevin had an appointment to provide a quote on replacing a broken sliding glass door insert. He failed to show up, did not call to explain why or reschedule and did not return my subsequent calls or emails. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt, that for instance he had a family emergency. However, I saw him the next day working on a project at Strawflower Shopping Center. Bad business and bad manners!

Kevin has done two skylight replacement jobs for me. One was 2 years ago and one was today. Both jobs went well. Kevin is honest, which is half the battle in finding good contractors. The other half is finding someone who does good work. The work Kevin did 2 years ago is still good, so he is competent and honest. And he charges fair prices. Who could ask for anything more?

Kevin did a wonderful job and we have windows that: let in the light, keep out the bugs, and are a lovely accent for the house. I did a huge reno. from 3,000 miles away and had to count on service providers being honest business-​people. Kevin more than met this criteria. He knew what I needed and explained everything. He came in on budget and on time. He was patient when I was so stressed I thought I’d explode. And, we had some good laughs at the absurdity of it all, for which I will be eternally thankful. Kevin is a professional who knows his product, provides excellent service and practices his profession with a high degree of integrity. He came into our large residential project and literally put the entire window and door section of the project on track. He provided all the windows and exterior doors (both swing and sliding) for a 4500 sq ft house — all the doors and windows have great warranties and the installation was done professionally and without issue. He stands behind his products and is incredibly responsive to any issues or questions. We would recommend him to anyone (both commercial and residential) because of the level of service and quality of product that he uses. He has a well trained installation team and knows how to keep water and moisture out of the building!
