It’s a cute McDonald’s! I go there every time I’m in HMB. I’ve noticed they play the same jazz/​elevator soundtrack on repeat though

this place is rude the female managers their needs to take a class on customer service! plus very shady! watch out for your credit cards. dishonest

Solid 3-​stars. Nice and friendly staff which goes a long way in my book. Overall the restaurant is a little outdated, but it decently maintained. Bathroom wasnt the cleanest though. Food was served fresh and fast. I would come back.

One of the best McDonald’s I have ever been to.

OK-​the manager contacted me saying they were working on improving their drive through service.
It has been taking 15 minutes or longer.
Today I’m in the drive through right now…4 cars ahead of me…11:26 start time… ordered at 11:31…up to the pay window at 11:33…paid…up to pick up window at 11:36…out.
Better. Now I’m eating :)

Mickey D’s. What an exciting place haven’t changed since the time we first move here in the 70’s. Same yellow tile on the walls.
Clean and spacious, no play area for the little ones. Food is no longer cooked and left on heating tables, orders made to order.
I like to order from the secret menu, just because it’s fun and I can.
Some interesting facts they stop selling breakfast at 11:30 on weekends, week days it’s like 10:00. I thought they where gonna serve breakfast all day long, but what I find annoying is that you can’t order chicken nuggets for the little ones early in the morning. Which makes no sense. Burger King will make you a hamburger at breakfast time, Jack-​in-​the-​Box will make your hamburger for breakfast. McDonald’s will not make you a hamburger at breakfast time.
I wonder when they will get on board. How to make a special trip to Burger King for chicken nuggets for the little one. And french fries.

Don’t have high expectations for McDonalds, but this is the worst one I have ever been to.
I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the cash register. Waited another 10 minutes for my food, and they got my order wrong. Customer service was non-​existence.

Ok service, super greasy food. I had a problem with getting my order. Also the bathrooms are gross.

My order is always wrong and they have even forgot entire items multiple times. Most of the time I don’t realize until I am already home. I don’t even eat here that much. They just have a terrible track record. Save yourself the problems and eat somewhere else.

Other than the junkies standing outside begging, this McDonald’s is quite nice. The employees are very polite and considerate. The man taking our order has a pleasant voice and was very helpful with our order.
The reason I give this place 3 stars is that they frequently don’t give us any ketchup and the coffee is subpar.

This place is awful. I am giving it one star because it tastes good. I come here all the time and they always mess up something. This last visit was the last straw for me. My order was 110 and they went up to 120 before they said my order. I ordered two grilled chicken patties (its usually fast to give me) but they said it was cooking. I also always order a side of big mac sauce and they always have a attitude when I ask for it when I am paying for it. Then when I receive it, it’s barely any sauce!!! Oh let me dip my one chicken nugget in this sauce. Really??? I will continue to go here because I like the food but the customer service is horrible and it makes me not want to go here because they are rude.

I frequently come here for cheap coffee while on walks. The benefits of this McD are the location, price, and the scarcity of other affordable choices.
Last time I ordered anything but coffee was a sunday at 10 am. It wasn’t crowded, but took close to 30 minutes to recieve one value meal.
Some staff are nice, but almost all of them are slow. One of the managers constantly texts on his phone while on the floor and is sometimes rude. Female employees gossip and bicker right at the register while ringing people up at the same time.
The lobby is always clean, as is the play area for kids. Restrooms are well maintained. All of which is suprising, considering the homeless people who hang out in the lobby with their dogs and sometimes even birds.
I have called corporate with these concerns and never seen anything change. Just know what you are getting into and make sure you aren’t in a hurry.

I’ve been to worse McDonalds. This place is clean and makes good food. And by good food at McDonalds I mean it’s not over/​undercooked like a lot of them do. Orders come in quick so no complaints!

You guys are tripping it’s McDonalds taste the same as all the others. Service was the same as all the others too. Late night meal everything else is closed around here. I recommend.

my God this place is gross. their dining room was so insanely dirty, we ordered a couple if drinks and left. we wanted to hang out somewhere after strolling the beach. how does this place pass inspection? wish i could give 0 stars. pass this place by. really, they won’t care anyway

Geez the place isn’t that bad, it’s McDonalds. I will knock down one star because though there was AC I. The main part of the restaurant, it wasn’t on in the Play Place.
Most embarrassing moment of the year: I had to exchange a girl’s toy they accidentally gave me for a boy’s. After explaining the situation, the worker asked «ok, so you want a boy toy?» I was trapped and had to say yes, haha.

They hire seniors here! Not sure if that’s a statement of our economy that a senior citizen still has to work because they can’t live on social security in retirement or because the senior is bored. As the senior took our orders, Hubby starts to get tangential on the guy (he does that a lot) and the poor senior is trying to re-​focus Hubby on answering what kind of sauce he wants with his McNuggets and spicy wings first.
The new spicy wings are not bad. Not as crunchy or good as KFC’s Hot Wings but it’s decent. For $ 8.99, you get a better buy for 10 wings. We got 5 for $ 5 since we also shared a box of McNuggets.
It was our quick take-​out and munch along the road while driving to get to our destination.
The place looks pretty big and clean. It wasn’t very crowded for a Saturday lunch time. They did a good job of cooking the McNuggets, nice and crispy and brown. Some places make the crust soggy. Should’ve tried the fries to see if they do just as good a job with it.

Stopped by on our way to the beach and San Francisco. Bathrooms smelled like dried excretions, and the play area smelled so bad that I couldn’t Go in there with my two sons. The server also forgot to give us a cup for our order. Soda was flat. Disappointed.

The food taste funny and the staff don’t really care.
Got a McDouble and a cup of water. The water tasted really bad, I am guessing that the place has really old pipes and don’t use a water filter. Or they use a filtration device but haven’t changed the filter in awhile.
When my order was ready, they didn’t bother to say a word and just looked at me until I picked it. While eating the guy moping the floor, even helped mopped my feet and didn’t say anything afterwards.
After finishing, I see that this place is a local schools after school hangout.

Sorry no choice but a 0 Star!
I was on my way to the beach and happened to crave a big juicy burger.
Went in, ordered, and the employees working there did nothing more than to bicker with each other. They stopped what they were doing and just started screaming at each other in Spanish, while the customers were waiting for their food. They were backed up on orderes, and we the customers just looked at each other like… WTF?
Never again will I stop by here and have to wait for ½ hour becuz the employees there can’t get their crap together! Seriously, people. Customers first and do the bickering and bitchin’ for later!
