I am a small business owner, we had one of our terminals go offline. We swapped out towers and had the same problem, so I realized it was likely the network cable. I talked to Manny and he was able to show up that afternoon. He was very friendly and extremely professional. To fix the problem, he would have to turn off our switch, which would shut down all our computers. He would have to come back another day. This ended up being Monday, which was Presidents’ Day. My office manager met to let him into the office. She told me that it took Manny 1 hour to drive 2 miles across Half Moon Bay as the holiday traffic was so horrible. Even still Manny was affable and kind, never once complained. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes.
He answers the phone, responds quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I wish there were 6 stars!

Manny is far and away the most responsive IT professional I’ve worked with in 20 years. He is quick to answer needs and is dedicated to his customers. Manny troubleshoots complex IT issues with ease and confidence. He makes house calls and offers a remote service option, as well. I feel like I have a dedicated IT team right by my side!

Manny is amazing. Simply amazing. This past year he totally saved me by replacing the drive in my MacBook right in the middle of a project, when mine fried. He squeezed me into his already booked schedule, worked well into the night to fix my issue, and completely saved the day. He’s professional, and courteous, and relentless in his pursuit of solutions. I’ve worked with many IT pros in my career, and he rivals them all. For my latest problem, he fixed via remote access, which was totally seamless. Manny is the bomb. I would highly recommend him for whatever tech issue is troubling you. He can solve it.

I took my computer to Manuel. I had a virus and couldn’t figure out how to clean it up. In addition, I had programs loaded that I was not using. He took my laptop and got rid of virus and cleaned it up. It is faster and works wonderful. He had my computer back to me in a day. Manuel has saved our lives so many times over the years ~ it’s way past due to Unilocal him! My husband & I both have home business and Manuel has performed miracles with all our computers Macs & PC’s & WIFI & even our TV! His most recent fix was on my MacBookPro ~ that Apple kept telling was fine: (Manuel worked his magic & now it’s faster & better than it ever was when new & a fraction of the cost.

Coasttek is the hands down best tech support I’ve experienced in over 10 years. Manuel came and figured out our Quick Books connectivity issues in less than an hour, he also fixed our Exchange Server in record time. The thing is, he doesn’t waste time and his pricing is excellent. He is professional, extremely helpful, and doesn’t ‘talk down’ to the customer. Manuel is great !.. Had my computer «cleaned» at a San Mateo computer shop since it was running so darn slow (after daughter decided to download god knows what) then I could not access internet after «cleansing»…Did not know of Coasttek until a random chat with a neighbor who had Manuel work on her computer… Manuel had everything up and running in under 30 minutes. Coast Tek is simply the best computer tech company in the Half Moon Bay area. I was dealing with a few of the other firms around HMB with reasonable but inconsistent results. Then a friend suggested that I call Coast Tek. What a difference! Not only is Coast Tek able to handle all my day-​to-​day computer issues, give great advice, and keep me up to speed on keeping my business running as efficient as possible. .. they do it all this with an incredible attitude. Plus, they have a huge selection of refurbished equipment that has really saved me some big bucks.

What do customers want? Quality work, done quickly, and for a low cost. But realistically you can only get two of the three at the same time. Manuel manages to defy that: he can do all three at once. He’s just the best! There’s nothing he can’t fix, with a speedy turn-​around, and at very fair prices. If that isn’t enough, he’s cheerful and happy to help. That’s just who he is. You almost want something to go wrong with your computer just so you can be around him. I’ve used him for years, and referred many people to him. He’s even worked remotely on my mother’s computer in Iowa, and she’s a tough customer!
