Our business specializes in custom orders. Here’s an example: a customer was having a party for 40 people and wanted handmade desserts. She wanted Key Lime Cupcakes, something with salted caramel, and something chocolate. For the chocolate dessert, brownies sounded good but not fancy enough. Drawing on past experience, the chef suggested Truffle Brownies, which are a rich chocolate brownie topped with a layer of chocolate ganache. For the salted caramel dessert, the chef researched salted caramel recipes, presented the three best ideas, and the customer chose Salted Caramel Mini Cheesecakes. All three desserts were huge successes, with some calling the mini cheesecakes, «Life changing cheesecakes.»
We don’t have a retail store. After you place your order, we create it in our commercial kitchen and deliver it to your door, business, or special event venue. Free delivery within 15 miles of Halethorpe, MD. Free weekday delivery to Fort Meade.
