Distinctive Stationery

Our company has worked with distinctive stationery for nearly a decade and are very happy with the services provided. They print all of our business cards, letterhead, envelopes and custom invitations. The quality of their products is outstanding and Jason has bent over backwards to make sure we receive our orders in an expeditious manner. I can’t tell you how many compliments we have received on our cards and invites and much of it can be credited to the quality printing services offered by Distinctive Stationery.

Save your money unless you want to get major attitude with your stationery purchase. I ordered from them on-​line and it was a NIGHTMARE! They messed up my order and didn’t even try to do anything to smooth the situation over by offering so much as an apology. Annette, the so-​called manager, is lousy and full of nastiness. I have been in retail for over 20 years and she is a dinosaur in the retail customer service world. Wake up, lady, customers don’t like to be threatened. We can take our business anywhere.
I rarely, if ever, take the time to write a poor review because even the best of places has an «off day» every once in a while. But I think it noteworthy to take some time out of my day and warn people to STAY AWAY from this place. Poor customer service in this point in our economy is inexcusable.
